All descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and only after full payment is received. We may cancel any order and refund payment for any reason (including suspected fraud).

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Virilion Labs Ltd., its directors, employees and agents against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

any illness, injury or condition you allege was caused by the Products where such claim is due to your failure to follow label directions or medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virilion Labs Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim, or (b) NZD 500 in aggregate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or any other non-excludable statute.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including trademarks and images, is owned by or licensed to Virilion Labs Ltd. and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content. We may remove or edit submissions at our discretion.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes take effect immediately for new purchasers and 14 days after posting for existing purchasers unless stated otherwise.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
