If you do want to request a refund, please return ALL items - full, partially full and empty bottles, so we can process your refund straight away.
How It Works
Requesting your refund is straightforward:
- Send an email to support@virilion.co.nz including your order number, name and address.
- We’ll provide you with a return address closest to you.
- We recommend tracked shipping.
- Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days to your original payment method.
