However if you're not satisfied, you're eligible for a refund on your order. It’s that simple.
Natural supplements take longer to work within the body (compared to medications), so we recommend a minimum of 90 days to ensure you're maximising the opportunity Virilion offers.
If you do want to return your items for a refund:
- Return your products between 45 and 90 days of your first purchase. This is to allow for product benefits to be noticed, before making your decision.
- When returning your order, include all bottles received—empty, full, or partially used (important, do not throw them away).
How It Works
Requesting your refund is straightforward:
- Send an email to support@virilion.co.nz including your order number, name and address.
- We’ll provide you with a return address closest to you.
- We recommend tracked shipping.
- Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund immediately to your original payment method.
